About CrossPoint Kids

CrossPoint Kids is the dynamic and engaging children's ministry at New Community Rising Church. Our passion is to create a nurturing and exciting environment where children can grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and discover their unique, God-given potential.

Our Mission

At CrossPoint Kids, our mission is to partner with parents and equip children with a solid foundation of biblical values. We believe in planting the seed of faith early and helping children realize their worth and significance in the eyes of God. Through interactive lessons, creative storytelling, and purpose-driven activities, we aim to spark a lifelong love for Jesus in the hearts of our children.

Programs and Activities

We offer a variety of programs and activities catered to different age groups:

Tiny Treasures (Ages 1-3)

  • Safe and supervised nursery care
  • Age-appropriate toys and activities
  • Introduction to simple Bible stories

Leap of Faith (Ages 4-6)

  • Weekly Sunday School classes
  • Engaging Bible lessons and imaginative play
  • Crafts, music, and interactive games

Ignite (Ages 7-9)

  • Interactive workshops on biblical values
  • Mentoring and discipleship programs
  • Small group discussions and team-building activities

Thrive (Ages 10-12)

  • In-depth Bible studies
  • Leadership development opportunities
  • Service projects and community outreach

Engaging Events

At CrossPoint Kids, we believe that learning about God should be filled with excitement and joy. Throughout the year, we organize various events and workshops where children can learn and have fun together. Some of our annual events include:

VBS Extravaganza

Our Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a highlight of the summer. This week-long adventure is filled with thrilling activities, energetic music, and impactful Bible lessons. Children explore different themes while building their faith and understanding their purpose in God's plan.

Family Fun Day

Our Family Fun Day is a time for families to come together and celebrate their strong foundation in Christ. It's a day filled with games, delicious food, and opportunities to strengthen family bonds in a faith-centered environment.

Holiday Celebrations

We celebrate major holidays, such as Christmas and Easter, with special events tailored for children. From engaging storytelling about Jesus' birth to vibrant Easter egg hunts, these celebrations bring joy and bring families closer to the heart of God.
