Pastor John Stevens - Lead Pastor

With over 20 years of experience in pastoral ministry, Pastor John Stevens serves as the lead pastor at New Community Rising Church. Pastor John leads our congregation with wisdom and compassion, delivering inspiring sermons each week.

Rev. Sarah Thompson - Associate Pastor

Rev. Sarah Thompson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our church as the associate pastor. With a focus on community outreach and social justice, she actively coordinates various initiatives connecting our congregation with local organizations. Through her leadership, we have been able to make a positive impact on numerous lives in Mission Viejo and its surrounding areas.

Dr. Michael Johnson - Director of Worship

Dr. Michael Johnson, our dedicated director of worship, leads our dynamic music ministry. His extraordinary talent as a musician inspires and moves our congregation week after week.

Jennifer Davis - Children's Ministry Director

With a heart for nurturing the faith of our youngest members, Jennifer Davis oversees the Children's Ministry at New Community Rising Church. She has developed innovative programs that engage children in age-appropriate, faith-based activities. Under Jennifer's guidance, our children experience a safe and nurturing environment where they can grow spiritually.

Mark Anderson - Youth Ministry Coordinator

Mark Anderson leads our vibrant Youth Ministry, which is designed to empower and inspire teenagers in their faith journey. He creates a welcoming and inclusive space for young people to explore their spirituality, guiding them through meaningful discussions, events, and service opportunities. Mark's passion for building strong relationships with the youth has made our ministry impactful and relevant.
